AMENDMENT XXVIII
Section 1.
The twenty second Article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.
Any and all restrictions on the length of service in the office of the President are removed. This Article will become effective immediately upon ratification and applies concurrently and retroactively to the person serving in the office of President at the time of adoption.
Section 2.
If any State fails to ratify this amendment, that State’s admission to Statehood in these United States is revoked upon ratification of this Amendment. Any State whose admission to Statehood is revoked must re-apply for Statehood to the Congress.
Section 3.
This Amendment shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within eighteen months from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress.

Timeline

28th sent to States for consideration in 2022.
28th not passed before 2024 election cycle starts.
Republicans select a Pro-Trump candidate, who wins the November vote.
The amendment is ratified after the election and before the Electoral College meets.
The Electoral College votes for Trump instead of the actual Republican candidate.
Trump takes office, but this is considered unconstitutional because there was collusion before the fact and this circumvented the problem of Trump not being registered in enough states ballots.
Trump makes good on Section 2 of the 28th and strips statehood status from California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey.
California, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona join with Mexico to form the New Mexican Republic.
Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and New Jersey join Canada to form West England.
The remaining 39 states of the USA have continued to elect Trump family members during the entire period from 2024 to 2050.
